  • Responsibilities

    Brasfield & Gorrie Equipment & Supply has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Sales and Business Development and the Director of Store Operations.


    • Prepare reports, charts, and tables to support sales, business development, and strategic planning
    • Assist in developing sales and business development strategies to promote team initiatives
    • Update and track all customer information in Salesforce
    • Maintain calendar and appointments for B&G E&S leadership
    • Provide administrative support and account management support to the outside sales team
    • Coordinate travel arrangements
    • Manage sales team’s vehicle reimbursement program
    • Plan and coordinate annual charity fundraisers and other sponsored community activities
    • Assist with planning for client relations events
    • Plan annual teambuilding, training events, and meetings
    • Assist in procuring and managing inventory of promotional items

    Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative role
    • Construction or Construction Equipment industry experience preferred
    • Self-motivated, organized, ethical, and a team player
    • Acute attention to detail and ability to recognize discrepancies
    • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with peers, business
    • partners, customers, and leadership
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign) experience preferred
    • CRM software experience preferred
    • Ability to occasionally travel including overnight stays
